奧迪指控蔚來侵犯其商標權

奧迪(Audi)近日在總部所在地慕尼黑，指控蔚來汽車侵犯了其商標權。奧迪方面表示，蔚來將其兩款車型命名為ES6和ES8，這兩個名字侵犯了奧迪S6和S8的商標權。在奧迪起訴蔚來之前，鮮見海外車企因車名商標權對中國車企進行訴訟。游或本次訴訟是奧迪阻止蔚來汽車進入德國市場的一次例行狙擊。2022年第一季度，蔚來汽車實現了25768輛的交付成績，正加速轉型的奧迪全球純電動汽車銷量為24236輛。(全球企業動態)
