亞馬遜入股外賣平臺Grubhub

美國電商巨頭亞馬遜已經同意入股Just Eat Takeaway旗下的美國外賣平臺Grubhub，并將向其美國Prime用戶提供一年的Grubhub會員資格。會員協議將每年更新一次，除非亞馬遜或Grubhub終止協議。亞馬遜還將獲得相當于Grubhub普通股2%的股份，并擁有將持股比例提高至15%的期權。Just Eat表示，將繼續探索部分或全部出售Grubhub。（全球企業動態）
