新冠治療藥物普克魯胺對輕、中、重癥新冠患者均有效

開拓藥業研發團隊于預印版期刊bioRxiv在線發表了題為"Inhibitory effects of GT0918 on acute lung injury and the molecular mechanisms of anti-inflammatory response"的研究論文，揭示普克魯胺(GT0918)對重癥新冠患者的作用機制。該論文表明，普克魯胺可以發揮抗炎作用，降低急性肺損傷。結合開拓藥業此前發布的針對輕中癥新冠患者的全球多中心III期臨床試驗數據，普克魯胺不僅對輕中癥新冠患者有效，也是重癥新冠患者的有效治療藥物。(醫藥健聞)
