Stellantis集團與廣汽集團終止本地合資企業

Stellantis集團7月18日宣布，由于之前宣布的Stellantis獲得與廣汽集團合資企業廣汽菲克多數股份的計劃缺乏進展，Stellantis將采用輕資產方式在中國發展Jeep品牌，并與廣汽集團協商終止本地合資企業。今后Stellantis將專注于在中國分銷Jeep品牌的進口汽車。廣汽菲克2010年3月成立，近年來一直處于虧損狀態。(全球企業動態)
