誠益生物宣布THRβ激動劑ECC4703美國IND獲準

上海誠益生物科技有限公司近日宣布，美國食品和藥物管理局(FDA)已批準其甲狀腺激素受體激動劑ECC4703在美國的臨床I期試驗的研究新藥(IND)申請。在臨床前研究中，ECC4703已證明相較部分激動劑MGL-3196的優效性，并且在NASH和血脂異常的動物模型中顯示出優異的療效。(醫藥健聞)
