福伊特完成對ARGO-HYTOS多數股權的收購

在獲得所有官方批準后，福伊特完成了對 ARGO-HYTOS 集團多數股份的收購。ARGO-HYTOS 集團總部位于瑞士巴爾，面向非公路領域(包括農用拖拉機、建筑機械和物料搬運車輛)研發和生產液壓零部件并提供系統解決方案。福伊特與 ARGO-HYTOS 集團原有的兩大股東 Christian Kienzle 和 FSP CAPCELLENCE 已于 2022 年 6 月 6 日簽署了相關收購協議。在完成收購后，ARGO-HYTOS將繼續作為一個獨立品牌運營，僅在其品牌加注"福伊特集團旗下公司"字樣。(能動Nengdong)
