思福妥兒童適應癥獲批用于治療3月齡及以上復雜性腹腔內感染患兒

新型抗生素思福妥（ZAVICEFTA，注射用頭孢他啶阿維巴坦鈉2.5g）獲得國家藥品監督管理局批準，用于治療3月齡及以上復雜性腹腔內感染(cIAI)患兒，為cIAI兒童患者提供了一種新的治療選擇。此前，思福妥已于2019年在中國獲批用于治療成人患者 cIAI，HAP/VAP，以及在治療方案選擇有限的成人患者中治療革蘭陰性菌引起的感染 。(醫藥健聞)
