開拓藥業宣布，其自主研發的新型靶向雄激素受體的蛋白降解嵌合體(PROTAC)化合物GT20029治療雄激素性脫發和痤瘡的美國I期臨床試驗已于2022年10月25日完成全部120名受試者入組及給藥。GT20029基于PROTAC技術開發，是全球首個進入臨床階段的外用PROTAC化合物。(醫藥健聞)
