伊基侖賽在自免疾病的治療中初步表現出潛在療效

Nature子刊Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy(IF=38.1) 正式接收馴鹿生物BCMA CAR-T CT103A(伊基侖賽注射液)治療視神經脊髓炎譜系疾病(NMOSD)IIT臨床試驗I期研究中期結果。該研究是全球首個CAR-T療法在水通道蛋白4(AQP4)介導的復發/難治性NMOSD疾病領域的臨床試驗，初步證明了BCMA CAR-T療法在NMOSD中的良好耐受性和安全性、持久的致病性抗體清除作用以及潛在的臨床療效。(醫藥健聞)
