Spin Master收購加拿大益智游戲公司4D Brands International

Spin Master Corp.宣布，已達成協議收購總部位于加拿大的4D Brands International Inc.。收購預計將于2023年1月完成。收購完成后，4D Puzzles創始人Shaun Sakdinan將加入Spin Master，擔任安大略省多倫多的高級設計總監。收購4D將鞏固Spin Master在游戲和拼圖領域的地位，為全球增長提供平臺。（美通社頭條）
