錦江酒店擬更改募資用途以收購WeHotel 65% 股權

錦江酒店發布公告，擬收購上海齊程網絡科技有限公司合計65%股權，交易價格合計為8.5億元，同時擬變更部分原酒店裝修升級項目的募集資金用于實施本次收購。通過增加對WeHotel的控制權，有利于統一管理，更好地發揮協同效應，為錦江打造以酒店為核心的旅行服務產業鏈賦能。（全球旅報）
