創勝集團新藥對難治實體瘤展現出有前景的單藥的抗腫瘤活性

創勝集團宣布，公司同類首創、靶向Gremlin1且具有高親和力人源化單克隆抗體TST003臨床試驗申請獲國家藥品監督管理局藥品審評中心批準。臨床前數據顯示，TST003可阻斷上皮間質轉化，并對多種難治實體瘤展現出有前景的單藥的抗腫瘤活性。TST003的美國臨床試驗申請已于2022年9月獲美國食品藥品監督管理局批準。(醫藥健聞)
