IBM有意收購DataStax

IBM宣布，有意收購人工智能和數據解決方案提供商DataStax。DataStax的技術將增強IBM的watsonx產品組合，加速生成式AI的使用，幫助公司從大量非結構化數據中釋放價值。IBM將繼續支持、參與和創新開源Apache Cassandra、Langflow、Apache Pulsar和OpenSearch社區，DataStax參與其中。此次收購預計將于2025年第二季度完成。（美通社）
