天準科技完成明場缺陷檢測裝備全制程覆蓋

3月26日，蘇州天準科技股份有限公司宣布，旗下矽行半導體公司研發的明場納米圖形晶圓缺陷檢測裝備TB2000已正式通過廠內驗證，將于SEMICON 2025展會天準展臺現場正式發布。TB2000采用全自主研發的核心技術，包括高功率寬光譜激光激發等離子體光源系統、深紫外大通量高像質成像系統等，結合AI圖像處理算法和Design CA，有效提升缺陷檢測的靈敏度和速度。（美通社）
