由S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna贊助的The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025榜單發布。由主廚兼店主Mitsuharu 'Micha' Tsumura主理的知名日式秘魯菜餐廳Maido，從2024年的No.5躍升至榜首。緊隨其后的是西班牙阿特克松多的Asador Etxebarri（No.2）和墨西哥城的Quintonil（No.3）。此次共有10家新晉餐廳躋身1-50榜單。（美通社）
