愛點擊2022年第二季度收入達3,808萬美元,其中"企業數字化運營解決方案"收入1,381萬美元,同比增長3%; "在線營銷解決方案"收入為2,426萬美元,同比下降62%。 "在線營銷解決方案"收入下降主要來自 i) 集團戰略性縮減利潤率較低、風險較高的部分"在線營銷解決方案"業務、ii) 部分客戶面臨更嚴謹的行業監管,導致中國廣告市場普遍放緩以及 iii) 中國實施嚴格的疫情防控措施

愛點擊2021全年收入達3.1億美元,其中“在線營銷解決方案”收入增至2.4億美元,同比增長7%;“企業數字化運營解決方案”收入為6,509萬美元,同比增長125%“企業數字化運營解決方案”四季度收入1,972萬美元同比增長87%,主要得益于市場對線上線下消費者行為數據整合和數字化轉型需求的持續增長。“在線營銷解決方案”收入在四季度達5,661萬美元,兩大核心業務在2021年第四季度收入合計為7,632萬美元。

在集團利潤方面,2021全年毛利潤達8,915萬美元,同比增長22%2021年第四季度毛利潤為2,355萬美元,與去年同期基本持平。

香港2021年8月25日 /美通社/ -- 中國領先的企業數字化運營和營銷云平臺愛點擊集團iClick(NASDAQ:ICLK)發布截至2021年6月30日,未經審計的2021年第二季度財務業績。

 

愛點擊兩大核心業務“在線營銷解決方案”與“企業數字化運營解決方案”在2021年第二季度保持強勁增長,拉動公司第二季度收入達到7,800萬美元,同比增長34%企業數字化運營解決方案收入連續七個季度破歷史紀錄達到1,339萬美元同比增長160%,主要得益于市場對線上線下消費者行為數據整合和數字化轉型需求的增長。在線營銷解決方案在二季度穩健增長,收入達6,461萬美元,同比增長22%,主要得益于客戶對營銷需求的不斷攀升。

在集團利潤方面,2021年第二季度毛利潤為2,434萬美元,同比增長46%,主要得益于“在線營銷解決方案”業務的持續擴張,以及來自毛利率相對較高的“企業數字化運營解決方案”業務的貢獻不斷提高。

此外,根據非美國通用會計準則調整后EBITDA,在二季度達到614萬美元,同比增長19%2021年第二季度調整后凈利為259萬美元,同比增長4%。

愛點擊兩大核心業務“在線營銷解決方案”與“企業數字化運營解決方案”在2021年第一季度收入持續增長,拉動公司第一季度收入達到6,656萬美元,同比增長36%企業數字化運營解決方案收入連續六個季度破歷史紀錄達到1,172萬美元同比增長166%,主要得益于市場對線上線下消費者行為數據整合和數字化轉型需求的增長。在線營銷解決方案在一季度穩步提升,收入達5,484萬美元,同比增長23%,主要得益于客戶對營銷需求的不斷攀升。

北京2021年1月26日 /美通社/ -- 寶尊電商有限公司(納斯達克代碼:BZUN, 港股代碼:9991.HK)(“寶尊“)與愛點擊集團iClick(納斯達克代碼:ICLK)(“愛點擊“)今天共同宣布,寶尊 -- 協助品牌在中國執行其電商策略的領先品牌電商服務合作伙伴,已與愛點擊 -- 中國獨立在線營銷與企業數字化運營解決方案提供商,簽訂協議。

根據寶尊與愛點擊簽訂的股份認購協議,寶尊將以每股26.524美元認購649,349股新發行的愛點擊 B類普通股,總金額約1,720萬美元。愛點擊B類普通股持有人每股擁有20票投票權。在愛點擊發行股份的同時,現有愛點擊B類普通股股東-- 薛永康先生及唐健先生,將把435,530股B類普通股轉換為A類普通股。交易于2021年1月26日完成后,愛點擊已發行及流通的B類普通股總數將為5,034,427。

在一年前的致股東信中,我提出了2020年三大戰略目標。現在我很高興地向各位匯報,我們在每個目標上都取得了優異成績:

第一,在線營銷解決方案的盈利能力不斷提升。

愛點擊已連續四個季度實現調整后凈利,這主要得益于在線營銷解決方案達成規模效益,并且也得益于我們對新的營銷方式(譬如短視頻、MCN/KOL)的持續投入。其中,我們的KOL營銷價值分析平臺iFans更成功入選騰訊“千帆計劃”SaaS臻選,與騰訊云共同助力品牌方和MCN機構實現網紅營銷賽道的數字化發展。根據目前的公司業績展望,我們對2020年將是首年度實現全年調整后凈利保持樂觀態度。

第二,企業數字化運營解決方案實現強勁增長。

2020年前三個季度,我們的企業數字化運營解決方案業務收入達到1,830萬美元,已遠超過該業務2019全年水平1,040萬美元。并且,根據對第四季度的展望,我們預期該業務2020年全年收入將同比增長遠超100%。同時,該業務在2020年前三個季度新斬獲約100個重要客戶,如國內知名品牌洽洽食品、香飄飄和認養一頭牛等。同時,在這一年中我們還完成了數起投資并購,譬如增持暢移控股權,以加快企業數字化運營解決方案的增長。另外,我們也入圍騰訊“千帆計劃”SaaS 加速器,彰顯我們在此領域的強勁實力。

隨著中國經濟從疫情中穩健復蘇,愛點擊兩大核心業務“在線營銷解決方案”與“企業數字化運營解決方案”在2020年第三季度收入均達歷史新高,拉動公司第三季度收入達到6,891萬美元,同比增長27%企業數字化運營解決方案實現連續四個季度的強勁季度增長并在三季度收入達到878萬美元,同比增長236%主要得益于市場對線上線下消費者行為數據整合需求的增長。在線營銷解決方案在三季度穩步增長,收入達6,012萬美元,同比增長17%,主要得益于客戶對營銷需求的不斷攀升。
