食物星球獎 (Food Planet Prize) 國際評審團由十名成員組成。他們分別從事學術、商業、非營利組織、政府部門和食物領域實踐工作，是各自所屬領域的精英。評審團成員分布在四個大洲，深諳食物體系各個方面的理論和實踐工作。他們背景多樣，具備理解和評審各項提名的多元視角。聯合主席 Johan Rockström 和 Magnus Nilsson 兼任主持人，負責協調評審團的工作。<\/p> \n

科特伯格福斯食物星球獎<\/a><\/u> (Сurt Bergfors Food Planet Prize) 是全球獎勵金額最高的環保獎項，設一個獲獎名額，獎勵金額達 200 萬美元。該獎項僅授予在食物體系內開展的項目。 <\/p> \n

科特伯格福斯食物星球獎于 2019 年 8 月 30 日在瑞典設立。該獎項指出了當前食物體系對人類健康和地球環境造成的危害，并深信我們必須立刻行動，徹底變革生產、分配和消費食物的方式，以確保子孫后代和地球的生存及繁榮發展。<\/p> \n

科特伯格福斯食物星球獎所支持的倡議能顯著減少人類飲食活動的環境影響。人類飲食活動給環境造成的壓力大于任何其他人類活動，但停止進食也并非解決之道。<\/p> \n
