北京2012年7月27日電 /美通社亞洲/ -- 中國紅十字會總會密切關注河北省暴雨洪澇災情，根據河北省紅十字會7月26日上報的災情，總會決定將災害應急響應由四級提升至三級，根據災區需求，再次向災區調撥4000件夾克衫，2000床棉被，200頂單帳篷，用于支持當地紅十字會開展災害救助工作。
