蘇黎世2019年7月9日 /美通社/ -- 領先的先進工業水處理解決方案和技術提供商Aquarion Group宣布在亞洲開展新的合作。

一家名為“H+E Darcarion Pte. Ltd.”的新加坡合資企業將會持有100%的H+E Asia（Aquarion Group的東南亞實體）股份，并將在運營時獲得H+E GmbH（總部位于德國斯圖加特）的全面技術和管理支持。

Aquarion AG首席執行官卡爾-邁克爾-米勞爾(Karl Michael Millauer)博士表示：“這是Aquarion亞洲戰略上面的一座重要里程碑，我希望能夠與合資企業伙伴們開展合作，而他們將能提供良好的當地特長。”
