中國移動國際新加坡數據中心正式奠基
 
中國移動國際有限公司（ CMI ）在新加坡舉辦新加坡數據中心開工儀式。新加坡數據中心為 CMI 繼香港的環球網絡中心后亞洲區的第二個自行開展建設的大型離岸數據中心，將成為 CMI 自建海纜的樞紐站。 CMI 現有三條亞太海纜（ SJC 、 APG 和 SJC2 ）及一條亞歐海纜（ SMW5 ）在新加坡登陸，未來也將繼續加大在新加坡登陸的海纜建設，規劃通達亞太、亞歐、亞美和大洋洲等方向的至少四個新建海纜項目。（美通社,2018年7月3日新加坡）
