中益網：輝瑞斑禿新藥國內獲批上市

中益網訊   2023年10月19日，中國——輝瑞公司今日宣布，創新斑禿藥物樂復諾®（LITFULO®，通用名：甲苯磺酸利特昔替尼膠囊/ Ritlecitinib Tosylate Capsules）獲得中國國家藥品監督管理局（NMPA）批準，用于治療12歲及以上青少年和成人重度斑禿。作為全球首款且唯一獲批同時用于治療12歲及以上青少年及成人重度斑禿患者的創新藥物，樂復諾®是一款創新JAK3/TEC激酶家族雙通道抑制劑，每日僅需口服一次，有望為中國重度斑禿患者帶來全新的治療選擇，開啟斑禿領域首個覆蓋青少年及成人的系統性治療全新時代。
