中國哈爾濱2016年7月5日電 /美通社/ -- 中國鑫達塑料有限公司（納斯達克股票代碼：CXDC）（“中國鑫達”或”公司”），一家在中國主要從事汽車專用高分子復合材料研發、生產及銷售的領先特種化工企業，今天宣布了其子公司輝海有限公司（“發行公司”）計劃贖回其于2014年2月4日發行2019年到期1.5億美元年息11.75%的擔保高級債券（債券）。
根據發行公司2016年6月30日發出的贖回通知以及債券的相應條款，截止2016年8月29日（贖回日）所有外發行的債券都將被發行公司以債券本金100%的價值加上在贖回日方可適用的溢價，以及截止贖回日應付未付的利息1,223,958.33美金累計利息（“累計利息”）。債券持有者請注意，根據債券相應條款可適用的溢價將在贖回日的1至2個工作日最終確定。贖回預計將由公司自有現金銀行存款，現有的銀行信用額度以及其它資金來源。
