香港2020年10月12日 /美通社/ -- 中國獨立在線營銷與企業數字化運營解決方案提供商愛點擊集團iClick(下稱“愛點擊”)(NASDAQ:ICLK)今天宣布,增加對暢移上海信息科技有限公司(下稱“暢移”)的控股權。暢移是國內領先的智慧零售和客戶關系管理獨立軟件供應商(ISV)和解決方案服務商。通過增持暢移,愛點擊進一步加強了以數據驅動的“企業數字化運營解決方案”業務。
